We shot some VR 360 3D photos for an art exhibition near the parliament in Budapest. Artist Zita David presented her solo exhibition ‘Nobody wants to steal flowers’.

Nobody wants to steal flowers

In her latest solo exhibition, Zita Dávid examines everyday absurdity through the connection of built environment and nature. Images, taken with meticulous observation-based painting techniques, put contrast to the natural spread of the wildlife and the geometric structure of urban elements. The artist’s carefully composed urban interiors show different aspects of human-control over the environment. Scenes that are considered ordinary, get a new layer of meaning through the artist’s concept. The dissonance, the upset of balance, the tension caused by the mismatch are broken by irony. The paintings’ subtly perceptible axonometric projection breaks the usual rhythm of image perception, thus increasing the absurdity of the compositions. In Zita Dávid’s detailed settings, both plants and urban objects unfold as symbols.

Dávid Zita legújabb egyéni kiállításán a mindennapi abszurditást az épített környezet és a természet találkozásának jelenetein át vizsgálja. Az aprólékos, megfigyelésen alapuló festészeti technikával készült képek kontrasztba állítják az élővilág organikus burjánzását, a városi elemek mértani struktúráltságával. A művész figyelmesen komponált urbánus enteriőrjei felvillantják a környezeten gyakorolt emberi kontroll különböző aspektusait. A mindennaposnak ítélt jelenetek a művész koncepcióján keresztül új jelentésréteget kapnak. A disszonanciát, az egyensúly felborulását, az oda nem illőség keltette feszültséget irónia töri meg. A festmények finoman érzékelhető axonometrikus ábrázolása megbontja a megszokott kép-befogadási ritmust, ezzel növelve a kompozíciók abszurditását. Dávid Zita, részletgazdag beállításain a növények és városi objektumok egyaránt összetett szimbólumokként bontakoznak ki.
