Images, taken with meticulous observation-based painting techniques, put contrast to the natural spread of the wildlife and the geometric structure of urban elements. The artist\u2019s carefully composed urban interiors show different aspects of human-control over the environment. Scenes that are considered ordinary, get a new layer of meaning through the artist\u2019s concept. The dissonance, the upset of balance, the tension caused by the mismatch are broken by irony. The paintings\u2019 subtly perceptible axonometric projection breaks the usual rhythm of image perception, thus increasing the absurdity of the compositions.
